MEMBERS OPEN DAY – JULY 2023

We were delighted to see so many people (members and guests) in attendance with both familiar faces and new at our members-only racing club open day on Sunday, July 30th, 2023.

The morning started and finished in the house where members chatted over hot sausage rolls, sandwiches, biscuits and hot and cold drinks.

Brian said a few words about each of the horses in the club as Jack brought them out of their stables so everyone could see them up close. Mass Consumption, although currently for sale, is going to run in the club colours until he has a new owner and was also paraded for members.

Afterwards, everyone enjoyed a walk around the yard meeting all the horses and chatting with Brian, Jessica and stable jockey Ben (Robinson). Our secretary Mandy was on hand to help Angela in the kitchen while ‘website Sal’ was out and about taking a few snaps!

It was an enjoyable morning and we won’t be so long until we host another!
